Q: How are payments taken?

A: Payments are processed through Paypal. Any major credit card is accepted and an account is not needed for the transaction. Rest assured that your personal information will never be sold to another party. I'm not a fan of junk mail or solicitation calls either.

Q: Can I change my order?

A: Order changes must me made immediately after order is placed. Once an order ships it can not be changed.

Q: Do you have _______ shirt in ______ size?

A: Never hurts to ask. In many cases it is available. In many cases it is not. Many shirts have limited runs or may be discontinued. Please feel free to ask and I can check with my vendors or in some cases I may know off the top of my head.

Q: Why are the prices so low?

A: Easy, I work with very minimal overhead. I know first hand how expensive shirts can be these days and I feel it is important to pass good value with good customer service onto the consumer.

Q: Why don't you have my favorite band?

A: What is your favorite band? I can look into it.

Q: Are all your shirts in stock?

A: I make every attempt to keep the site updated with style and size availability. In the event that an item is unavailable you will be contacted via email with approx wait time, opportunity to reselect, or refund authorization.
